My professional experience consists of having 4 years of customer service experience that includes hospitality and retail. Working in customer service, I have understood the importance of it as it is the key to improve my relationships with customers importantly, the business/company. Providing good customer service builds the trust and loyalty providing that consistent retainment of customers whilst building a valued reputation.
