- 3+ years of experience providing level 1st & 2nd Line Desktop support within a large enterprise environment
- Excellent communication skills both written, orally, and aurally
- 2 years’ experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
- Excellent (SME) Windows 10, O365, Adobe products, Mac OSX
- Image deployments
- Strong mobile device support and deployment including iOS and Android
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience & user training experience
- 1+ years Azure Active Roles support experience including creating new user accounts deployment of policies & maintaining temporary accounts during project's life cycle
- 3+ years Active Directory management of groups and users
- Experience of DEP (Device Enrollment Programs)
- 1+ years’ experience of MS Endpoint Manager (InTune)
