I have experience in a HRP role, during my step-up as HRP for 6 months, I gained experience in absences, attrition, and dealing with ER case, My-time, probation, interviews for step up role for associates. Working with supporting Core away team. Presenting a presentation for Day 1 and Day 2 new hires. Taking notes and supporting Area Managers, Operational Managers in meetings also with any data or information they required.
