I am accountable for all aspects of CWSI group marketing, inclusive of the three brands within the portfolio and the proprietary technology. I own the marketing strategy, informed by customer and market insights, and support this with a marketing plan across the five geographical territories and channels. I am CWSI’s group brand champion, ensuring clear and consistent brand positioning, execution, and communications.

I create and manage the marketing budget and deliver sufficient quality and quantity of Marketing Qualified Leads to support budgeted sales growth and deliver an acceptable return on CWSI marketing investment. Managing a team of 5 across multiple regions I collaborate with other internal teams, vendors, channel partners and third-party agencies, to execute the marketing strategy and plan.

• Create, document, and continuously review the CWSI group marketing strategy.
• Create, document, and execute the agreed CWSI marketing plans for each territory.
• Create and agree the marketing budget, track actual spend vs budget and Return on Investment.
• Create and own the CWSI group brand(s) visual identity and positioning.
• Ensure that all marketing activities are consistent with the CWSI group brand(s) identity and positioning.
• Work with product and commercial teams to create sales enablement tools and collateral for strategic products and services.
• Demonstrate ROI from marketing spend through the delivery of Marketing Qualified Leads.
• Manage relationships with vendor marketing teams to maximise support and funding.
• Evaluate, select, and manage marketing systems to support the marketing plan.
• Evaluate, select, and manage external agencies to support the marketing plan.
• Build, develop and lead the marketing team.
• Report on marketing KPIs vs agreed targets and drive improvement initiatives.
