11 years working for Compass in the care sector and am currently with ELIOR / Caterplus managing an assisted living development for Mcarthy and Stone . I have been in this role since 2017.

Currently hold food safety level 3 / Health and Safety level 3

I have always scored 5/5 stars on many EHO inspections.

Many health and safety / nutrition/ dietary requirements courses attended over the years .
