In this job role I had various responsibilities from cash handling/banking to doing customer interactions to setting customers accounts up.
My day to day role involved dealing with customers, solving any problems they may have, I helped customers open online accounts giving them access to different bonuses and offers.
I worked on my own and part of a team, I would open the shop and set it up for customers to have everything that was needed, checking stock levels and ordering more if needed, i also closed the shop majority of the time too ensuring all security checks were complete, ensuring the safe and the premises were secure.
