I am a customer assistant within a retail environment, I have 26 year of customer service experience working in various departments, managing staff, completing stock control and using computer systems. I am qualified first aider and have stacker truck training.

I am able to work in fast moving demanding environment, meeting required targets.

I work as part of a team, ensuring the smooth running of the store. I am able to think on the job assessing what is required working both independently and part of a team. I have managed a team of up to 10 people, and also regularly deal with customer enquires.

I have a BTEC in business and management.
