• Underwriting new enquiries and renewals end-to-end, liaising with brokers and clients daily, along with frequent travel to develop new business.
• Currently the main P&I underwriter for the fixed premium Middle Eastern, Indian sub-continent, Australian and US books, whilst providing underwriting support for numerous different areas including South/Central America, Turkey, Greece and South East Asia.

• Supported the underwriting department on a number of day-to-day tasks: Producing policy documentation and endorsements, processing risks on our Sequel and Marine Navigator underwriting systems, credit control, processing declines and NTUs, report generation and various other administrative tasks.
• Proactively created various Excel spreadsheets which format and generate policy documents automatically using Visual Basic in order to improve efficiency and accuracy for the team.
