Michael has good, administration skills, good team playing skills, good stakeholder relationship. Michael will QA, screen all change request for implementation before it proceeds to the CAB for final approval.

Michael will chair the CAB meeting by reviewing all change requests with CAB members. Solid understanding of IT Service change requirements.
