Over the past 6 years, I have honed my customer service skills in various roles including Customer Assistant at Tesco, Waitressing at Ottimo Italian Restaurant, Bartending at Nottingham Forest Football Stadium and Axe Throwing at Axed Nottingham. My responsibilities have ranged from addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues to providing detailed product information and ensuring an overall positive customer experience.
