Olivia Middleton

I’m Olivia. I am 17, turning 18 in November with my full UK driving license. I like to think of myself as confident, bubbly and approachable. I am always smiling and love talking to people, I am definitely a “people person”!

I have natural drive to work hard and a strong work ethic. I am reliable, flexible and i am confident working independently or as a part of a team. I have 3 years of customer service experience. I worked for my moms balloon display business for 2 years before leaving school and starting a job at Greggs.

I am passionate about being kind to others as you never know for definite how someone is feeling or what they are going through in the background. I also feel strongly about family and surrounding yourself with good people.

I have 3 years of experience in customer service and sales. When i was 15, i would work alongside my mom helping her to put together balloon displays for her business most weekends. After 2 years of my weekend job, I left school and began studying at college and got a part time job at Greggs. This was essentially my first professional job where i learnt to work in a fast paced environment, work as part of a team and also juggle multiple tasks at once whilst remaining calm.

I have 8 GCSE’s and currently studying my second year at college. I attend Dudley College, and study Law, Business and Criminology.
