Founded and developed a surf adventure business organising group retreats for adults across the UK and internationally. To date, I have personally delivered 18 fully booked camps, hosting groups of up to 20 guests, while developing the operational systems that support the programme.

• Plan and coordinate 4-12 day surf trips including accommodation, travel logistics, activity scheduling and supplier partnerships across the UK and international locations.

Provide classroom cover across a wide range of educational settings including nursery, primary and secondary schools. Working both directly with schools and through supply agencies, I support teaching staff by ensuring learning continuity during staff absences. This role requires confidence, flexibility and the ability to establish authority quickly within unfamiliar settings.

Part-time role undertaken alongside cover supervisor work and while developing Liv Surf Camp. Worked across multiple departments including customer service, store operations and home delivery.

Progressed through multiple roles within the RNLI's national face-to-face fundraising programme, eventually leading regional fundraising teams. This role developed my leadership, operational planning and team management skills in a fast-paced environment.
