An aspiring Project Manager, In 2020 I graduated from Sheffield Hallam with a Degree in Events Management with Arts and Entertainment. Experienced in Customer Service, Sales and Team Leader roles I am looking for an opportunity to develop and use skills I have gained recently as part of a Project Manager course.
Over 5 years experience in Customer Service, Sales and Team Management. I worked as a Bar Manager for a large international company. Managing the main dining area I oversaw food/drink service ensuring compliance of policies/procedures and effective working practices. In this role I also had the responsibility of analysing current processes, reviewing business requirements and marketing plans, whilst suggesting innovative strategies to meet brand standards and values. I have also served in a number of Tele-Sales roles where I used a mixture of calling, emailing and conducting research before connecting with the target clients and securing new business.
A Sheffield Hallam graduate with a degree in Events Management with Arts and Entertainment. I have recently gained these qualifications; PRINCE2, AgilePM and Business Analysis Foundation as part of a Project Manager course I completed post Graduation.
