I am a passionate and committed senior technology leader with 27 years of extensive experience in the software industry. Throughout my career, I have worked with large corporates, consultancies, and start-ups. I am comfortable working at board level to define vision, strategy and direction in addition to leading and inspiring the teams responsible for delivery.

As a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Alderstone, I played a pivotal role in driving the company's growth from a start-up in 2008 to a thriving organisation with established offices in the UK and India, culminating in acquisition by BMC Software in October 2020.

After two years at BMC as a Senior Director and R&D Architect I took a short career break, and I am now seeking a new challenge in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, VP, Senior Director).
