Experienced in all areas of operational administration, HR functions & processes, and the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement. Particularly focused on employee wellbeing.
Managing/coordinating the life cycle of employees from recruitment to exit interviews.
Partnering with managers of the business to recruit new candidates

Managing employee relations: absence management, disciplinaries, PIPs, and Performance Reviews.
Managing the training budget and all employee training across the business.

Created and delivered mental health training within the company.
Founded and produced a monthly health and wellbeing newsletter which was shared across all our loca including the UK, Ireland, Australia, and India.
Achieved 1st Class Bachelor Honours Degree in 2018.
