I am a Proactive and Meticulous Construction claims Professional and Contract administrator with 15 years of experience as a Cost consultant and 8 years of experience in Contractor. I am qualified with BSc (Hons.) in Quantity Surveying from College of Estate management- university of Reading UK, and Master in business Administration in Construction and real estate from the MSc degree in Construction Management from University Collage of Estate Management (UCEM), UK. I am a Fellow member of Institute of Construction Claim Practicians, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.
I have worked with leading international consulting and construction companies in supporting numerous construction sites across SriLanka, Oman, and UAE. Project portfolio’s I have worked in large scale complicated projects such as are Airport construction, Roads, storm-water, water supply, infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, residential and commercial, public buildings.
