I am actively seeking a chefing position. Having studied Hospitality & Tourism Management and French at the University of Strathclyde. With 4 years of vast hospitality experience in the UK and France in multicultural teams. I am caring, dedicated and ambitious. Most importantly, I always lead from the front and by example.
I have spent 5 years in France perfecting the trade ad devloping my understanding for some of the best flavour combinations and the best way to prepare certain plates.
Assisted an expanding café chain in opening a new store situated in Glasgow. The café specialise in Gluten-free and Vegan food.
Head chef at RCN vacation parks - Average daily turnover of 8000 euros. Planning and managing staff and rotas. 40 table restaurant / 180 covers with the terrace. Management of 20 staff members. Menu devlopment and financial planning.
Souf chef for RCN managed and aissisted in managinf a team of 14 staff, directly responsable for menu deevlopment. This was at a 5* resort in the Dordogne as well as a large park in the Netherlands. 300+ appartments, rooms and accomodation places.
I was second in my degree programme BA (Hons) Hospitality and Tourism Manageent & French. 4 years at the university of Strathclyde.
