I have been working myself up from the bottom as for I was not able to study after school.

I started out as a Kitchen Porter and worked myself up all the way to Head Chef.

My biggest education I could have asked for is getting training from professional chefs that have been in this career for a long time. The best way to learn is to do things by yourself and people overlooking seeing that you are able to do it to perfection.
