Large independent used car sales operation situated in Coleraine. Sole responsibility for the Finance & Insurance department, servicing a sales team delivering up to 1000 retail vehicles per annum. Finance volume processed of circa £6M pa across a variety of providers, including some of the UK's largest retail finance companies (Santander Consumer, Black Horse, Northridge etc), but also utilising more niche providers to maximise conversions on non-standard deals.
Sales of other non-finance products, such as GAP, extended Warranty and Paint & Fabric protection, to qualifying customers on both a regulated and non-regulated basis. Consistently delivered above target penetration levels on these key incremental profit centres.
