My positions I provide solid and essential support to my team’s daily functionality in delivering excellent customer service on a continuous basis. I also deal with various insurance companies, embassies, consultants, and patients from all backgrounds, which often requires my experience and knowledge of costing, bookings, invoicing, and medical surgical queries such as unbundling or severity. As a team leader I am tasked with ensuring staff rota, annual leave roster are updated, my duties also includes appraisals, daily banking reconciliation, completing patient registration process while adhering to company policy and GDPR legislation, daily scanning and faxing of patient information to (secretaries, third party referrers, insurance companies and other department within the organisation), resolving customer queries and complaints, organising initial and follow up consultation, surgeries and a variety of outpatient such as physiotherapy, MRI, CT scans etc.
