Ruby Wood

I am passionate about becoming a future mental health professional. I am currently studying at college to persue this. I am interested in working in a variety of positions to gain experience in skills that will help my development.

I have carried out a student placement in a children’s day nursery for a period 3 months. This involved developmental play for children ages 1-5 years old. As well as keeping a safe, clean environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and parents/ guardians.

I have also got experience event work supporting hospitality staff with clearing tables, cleaning glasses and providing customers their order.

I am in college studying health and social care. I have passed my level 2 health and social care and plan to go onto level 3.
