Equipment Operations Manager in the quality department at Nexperia in Hazel Grove 2014 to 2025. I led a team of 16 with skills ranging from BTEC level 3 to PhD to maintain over 100 pieces of test, measurement, SMD & reliability equipment over 5 departments that support our product data sheets & spice models. 3 of the departments I have realised from concept to delivery covering floor plans, equipment specification, legislation & health & safety compliance.
