As a Shift Leader, I am responsible for maintaining high store standards and ensuring the shop runs smoothly on a daily basis. My duties include overseeing the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, and maintaining excellent customer service. When the Store Manager is away, I take responsibility for managing the store and ensuring operations continue to run effectively.
