I have a NVQ 3 equivalent in health and social care, the care certificate and have previously completed medication training amongst other qualifications for use within the health sector. I am willing to take on new and additional training to be the right candidate for the job role.
My most recent role is supporting with End Of Life patients within a Hospice setting to live out their last few days or weeks of life with dignity , respect and kindness.
