I work as a Recruitment Specialist for Local Hospice Lottery. My role involves headhunting candidates, job posting and managing applicants and the on-boarding process. I support with the recruitment strategy and new recruitment initiates to streamline our processes, attract candidates and retention.
I have a background in aviation. My aviation experience was customer-facing and working in a fast paced environment where no day was the same. After working in aviation I went into supporting job seekers back into employment which led me into my current recruitment role.
