I’m an IT Business Analyst who enjoys figuring out how systems, data and processes actually work and why they sometimes don’t. I tend to ask the questions people usually skip, like “What happens if…?” or “Why is this step even necessary?”. If the answers don’t make sense, I dig deeper using a simple Five Whys approach until the real requirement or root cause becomes clear.My background spans multi-system transformation work for Toyota, including data migration from legacy mainframe systems into the Microsoft ecosystem (Cosmos DB), analysing 30 years of SET historical sales data, and supporting demand forecasting with the Blue Yonder platform.

I’ve worked across data pipelines, forecasting logic, operational reporting, and system behaviour, translating all of that into clear functional requirements for developers, architects and offshore teams.Alongside this, I’ve supported ERP processes within Dynamics 365 F&O (Procurement, Inventory, Forecasting), helping map AS-IS and TO-BE workflows, refine user stories and acceptance criteria, and clarify downstream impacts before development begins. I’ve also worked with Salesforce CRM teams to refine flows, prepare UAT scenarios and strengthen requirement clarity from a functional perspective.I enjoy validating datasets with SQL/Excel, tracing issues across systems, analysing patterns, and building Power BI dashboards that simplify decision-making for business teams. Whether it’s data, process or system logic, I naturally pay attention to the small details, especially the ones that tend to break things if they’re ignored.I’m eager to contribute to a multinational or purpose-led organisation where thoughtful problem-solving, clarity and curiosity genuinely add value.

• Led business analysis for Toyota’s digital transformation programme, mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes across supply chain, finance, service operations and dealer support to ensure new systems reflected real-world workflows.
