I’m a Chartered Manager and Supply Chain Professional with over 19 years of global experience leading logistics, procurement, warehousing and operations across high-pressure environments. My career began with the British Army, where I transformed my passion for service and structure into a lifelong commitment to operational excellence and inclusive leadership.

I joined the Army to seek adventure, purpose, and the opportunity to make an impact beyond borders. Over nearly two decades, I’ve managed complex supply chains and infrastructure projects in Afghanistan, South Sudan, Kenya, Canada, the Falkland Islands, America, and Cyprus. These experiences shaped me into a leader who thrives on precision, adaptability, and accountability — qualities I now bring to civilian organisations striving for efficiency and resilience.

Beyond logistics, I’ve been a committed Diversity & Inclusion Advocate and Accredited Mediator, working to improve organisational culture by promoting fairness, empathy, and collaboration. I believe leadership is not just about direction, but connection — empowering individuals to feel seen, valued, and supported.

I’m passionate about creating environments where teams can excel while driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and long-term sustainability. I lead with empathy, operate with integrity, and deliver with purpose.

Throughout my journey, I advanced academically and professionally, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in and Foundation Degree in Logistics Management, and recognition as a Chartered Manager (CMgr MCMI). I take pride in bridging strategic vision with practical delivery — ensuring people, processes, and performance align to deliver measurable results, as a result, I achieved a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
