Stuart Ferguson

I have an extensive background in behaviour support services, professional development processes, and community care. I have 9 years experience in the middle-east, including service development across educatonal, medical and community settings. I have been fortunate to collaboroate government offices in developing enhanced support service surrounding ABA services, vulnerable populations and people of determiniation services.

WIth a long-standing personal and professional background in supporting community and educational services. I have worked across educational services; supervising classrooms ensuring ABA services are delivered to the highest standard. Following this position I was recruited by one of the regions largest healthcare providers, offering advice and guidance on the delivery of enhanced ASD, ABA and behavioural, services across clinical settings.

I also served as the safeguarding education coordinator and inclusive employment supervisor, again promoting inclusivity and professional development across extensive networks.

I gained my masters' degree in professional behaviour analysis in 2019, followed by earning my board certification (BCBA) in 2021. The focus on my research and studies during these programmes was enhancing community engagement services, to support social inclusion for autistic children. The approach was based ont the gamification and organisation behaviour management concepts.
