My name is Stuart. I live in Saxmundham. I have two daughters. I love going to watch football and regularly watch Ipswich Town.
I currently work as an operations manager, I have been in this position for 8 year. Prior to this I was a Supervisor and ganger for the company.

When I joined Public Sewer Services I was a ganger, I then progressed to becoming a Supervisor before I was promoted to Operations Manager.
I moved over to Public Sewer Services due to an Anglian Water contract change. Claret Civil Engineering no longer held a contract with Anglian Water and many of my colleagues were moved over to Public Sewer Services as they then held the new contract.
For the main part of my career, I have always worked by managing people. When I was a ganger, it began with me leading one person. Before I moved on and became a Supervisor within the company. During this role I overlooked a number of gangs, attended sites to ensure jobs were progressing, as they should whilst also carrying out safety checks.
When I was promoted to Operations Manager, I took more of an office-based role. Within this role, I oversee and look after a selection of gangs, lorry drivers and apprentices. Followed by my other main duties as above.
