- Admission, discharge & transfer of patient

- Dressing bed sores, surgical wounds.
- Preparing patient for surgery.
- Administrating drugs.
- Assisting for various proceedings in wards such as ICD insertion, pleural and ascitic tapping.
- Providing health information to the Patient, family & involving the family in the care of Patient
- Educate patients and their relatives on patient conditions, dietary restrictions, physio therapy exercises, medications or other lifestyle changes and provide
- Emotional support for the patient.
- Set up and monitor medical equipment and devices such as cardiac monitors, Mechanical ventilators and alarms, oxygen delivery devices, transducers, and pressure lines.
- Monitor patient's fluid intake and output to detect emerging problems such as fluid and electrolyte imbalances.
- Assess patient's pain levels and sedation requirements.
- Document patients medical histories assessments, treatment, plans intervention outcomes or plan revisions
- Arranging for emergency and elective procedures and assisting in intubation, central venous and arterial line insertion etc….
