I am a creative, passionate and hard-working individual who is looking to challenge themself in a new role within the industry.

Throughout the diverse roles I have held in my career, I have gained an impressive skillset that has helped me to push myself to the next level continually and that will be an asset to this role. All of my relevant experience is covered below.

Time management skills. Within my Junior Developer and event organiser volunteering roles, I completed projects to strict deadlines, ensuring all criteria that the requestor set were met and clear communications were provided throughout the process.

Dealing with customer issues and queries both within a public-facing, telephone and online forum environment ensuring any queries or concerns that were raised to me were dealt with promptly and following all SLA timelines.
