I used to volunteered in a canteen and also worked as remote medical interpreter.

I worked as a remote medical interpreter for Future Group Translation Service, May 2022- August 2023.

• Worked in a HIPAA-compliant workplace
• Provided medical interpretation across all settings within the health care area
• Handled calls from hospitals, clinics, and maintained composure, reacted appropriately to various medical situations
•  Interpreted medical related topics between medical staff and patients
• Got to know more about how hospitals and clinics worked, and the interaction between patients, nurses, doctors and other hospital staff
• Improved my customer service skill, and skill in dealing with clients

•  Responsible for preparing food and cash handling
• Worked together with co-workers to give customers better service
• Maintained clean and organized dining and kitchen areas
• Restocked the ingredients for snacks and beverages

I am studying Physiotherapy at University of Huddersfield now.
