My expertise spans full-scale project management, team recruitment and development, financial oversight, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Most recently, I led the opening and day-to-day running of Orange Grove Hotel formally The Mansion at Coldeast, transforming it into a thriving hotel, restaurant, and wedding venue.
