During my time here I have completed my VW accreditation and become a central member of the team dealing with complaints and customer enquiries as well as liaising with senior management and directors about the success of the business and the future direction. I have also been involved in training 3 new starters who are also succeeding in their roles.

Centre Manager at In n Out Autocentres Coventry (2023-07 – 2023-12)

Running a fast-fit branch, dealing with customers bookings, parts ordering, stock levels, complaints and staffing. Successfully reduced the number of complaints to zero during my time there.

During my time at Mercedes I became an integral member of the team. My duties included supervising a team of 3 advisors and 2 drivers to make sure work is booked and allocated to fill the diary and make sure the technicians exceed their efficiency, all while achieving both manufacturer and company targets and ensuring the customer have the best experience possible with us. I was once of the staff responsible for opening and closing the business, carrying out banking duties and resolving customer complaints.

I had completed all courses to progress onto management qualifications but unfortunately this was cancelled during lockdown. I was also responsible for training the 3 newest members of the team and we all exceeded targets. I was selected to attend training and new car launches to represent the dealership and gain information to pass on to my collegues.

While working at Skoda I was the only Service Advisor in a busy dealership which meant I had sole responsibility to make sure the customers needs were met which ensuring the 4 tecnicians in my team were efficient and we all hit targets. I also undertook processing and invoicing of warranty claims and ensured that they were completed to manufacturer standards at all times. I completed the Volkswagen Group accreditation for service advisors during my time there.
