Discussing customers needs and the features of different vehicles-arranging and completing test-drives-negotiating the sale price, including any ‘trade-in’ value for a customer’s old car-appraising cars-structuring deals, including cash and finance-selling insurance related products-applying for finance and getting deals paid out by the lender.
-completing paperwork-keep in contact with existing customers.-ordering used cars through car purchasing websites-keeping the forecourt tidy and vehicles clean-working with workshop closely to make preparation run smoothly.-making sure valeters always have plenty of cars awaiting preparation-meeting monthly sales targets-prospecting existing customers by phone and 'c it now' video footage.-attend meetings and training courses to help with personal performance.-working in a used and premium car environment involved selling some of the worlds most recognised car brands.-having a professional attitude and being smartly dressed at all times.-having good administration skills.
I have completed GCSEs to include English, Maths and science. I have also completed a BTEC diploma in sport science.
