I’m a young professional with experience in a range of different retail, hospitality and sales roles looking for a customer facing role where I can help my company achieve great success. I am a people person, which means not only do I provide excellent customer service, but I also work extremely well within a team. I pride myself on my communication skills, my ability to use my own initiative when needed and my empathetic nature.
Currently, I am a Telesales Agent at a company called A Marketing Vocation (AMVOC). In this role, I make outbound calls to members of the public and sell them life insurance. This job requires excellent communication, objection handling skills and an ability to work in a high pressure, demanding environment.
I have honed these skills and subsequently become very successful at meeting my sales targets and performing beyond the expected standard. Previously, I have worked in various different hospitality roles, including being a Customer Team Member at the Co-Op and a Barista at Starbucks. In these roles, I adapted to working in a very fast paced environment, harnessed the ability to pay attention to detail, perfected my time management skills and learnt how to prioritise my tasks.
I have three A Levels in Biology, Psychology and Geography.
