• Plan, execute, monitor, report and coordinate the design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and close-out phases of the Project.
• Develop, maintain and implement the Project Management and Execution Plans, including the HSSE and QA/QC Plans, in accordance with company systems and procedures.
• Control, monitor, report and coordinate communications with PMC, Company and EPC Contractors to ensure the Project is executed in accordance with overall objectives and commitments.
• Management, control, monitoring and reporting of suppliers and subcontractors, including the coordination between suppliers/contractors and the technical, document control, cost, schedule, expediting, inspection/QC, project services and commercial interfaces.
• Development and review of Project documentation.
• Identifying and managing change throughout all Project elements
