Assisting the Board of Directors in the process of implementing work as well as planning, organizing, leading full responsibility to the Board of Directors in providing reports on the implementation and supervision of all ship operational activities. Crewing Manager at PT. JALUR ANUGERAH INDONESIA (2022-09 – 2022-12)

Supervise the crew matrix in terms of recruiting ship crew candidates, monitor ship crew certificates, supervise the ship crew matrix whose contract will expire, monitor ship crew assessments (trial period and application for ship crew contract extensions), conduct final interviews of ship crew candidates, screen ship crew candidates with Pertamina before joining, conduct briefings to crew candidates before on board, communicate and coordinate with relevant departments regarding ship crew replacement activities, monitor ship crew salaries and premiums.

Recruitment crew, check all documents, conducting interviews with prospective crew, making crew plans and crew schedules, data entry for prospective crew, coordinating with shipping agents regarding crew mobilization to ships, preparing crew documents (passport, seaman's book, vaccination card), verifying prospective crew data.
