I work at two restaurants currently being: Takashis sushi bar in George, south Africa and The Marshallmallow Cafe in George botanical gardens South Africa.

At Takashi's Sushi bar I work in a team of 3 chefs for the past 4 years. And at the Marshallmallow Cafe I work independently for the past 2 years.

My highest level of education is (BA) Hons degree in Business Studies with the University of Greenwich
