I have completed courses on Food and Nutrition, Food Allergens, Meat Science etc. I am currently pursuing an online course in Supply Chain Management as well. I have also written articles on ‘Algae – an Alternate Plant Protein’ in a national-level magazine – GRAIN, which has helped me develop my analytical abilities and research-based skills. I am currently doing a project on the Tribology of different food samples.
Some of the other projects I did includes Data Transmission Using LiFi, Color Sorting of Food Packages using IoT etc. Additionally, my experience as a core team member of IAESTE as Head Administration has provided me with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
During my academic career, I have gained a solid foundation in Food Analysis, Food Microbiology, Unit Operation Processes, Food Chemistry, Food Standards and Regulations, Food Packaging Technologies, etc. through my coursework and extracurricular activities.
