• Downloaded the bank statement from bank. Then allocated all customer payments to agents.
• Got an extensive experience in Cash application, indexing the remittances, Receipt application, On account posting and Credit note adjustments, Intercompany batch creation. GCCS reconciliation.
• Handling OTC deductions including short payments, deduction validation, and dispute analysis and deduction reconciliation.
• Coordinating with Collections and Customer Service teams for deduction resolution and closure within SLA timelines.
• Handling the customer queries by emailing and escalations from client within timeline to supporting the online sites.
• Handling teammates with Specialization country project.
