I work as a Service Desk IAM Engineer with hands-on experience in managing user identity and access across enterprise systems. I support joiner, mover, and leaver activities, handle account creation and access changes, and resolve login, password, MFA, and SSO issues. I work closely with service desk tools to manage IAM tickets, meet SLAs, and document actions clearly.
I follow security and compliance standards, support access reviews, and ensure users have the right access to do their work while keeping systems secure.
I have nearly four years of experience in IT service desk and IAM support. I specialize in user access management, joiner–mover–leaver processes, password and MFA support, and resolving login and access issues. I work with tools such as ServiceNow, Active Directory, and cloud identity platforms to manage tickets, meet SLAs, and support users efficiently. I follow security and compliance standards while ensuring smooth day-to-day access for end users.
I hold a bachelor’s degree, which provided a strong foundation in computer systems, networking, and information technology concepts. My education, combined with hands-on training and practical experience, has prepared me to support identity and access management, service desk operations, and enterprise IT environments effectively.
