- Strong Knowledge on Siebel Architecture
- Adding new Siebel Application server in the enterprise
- Code Migration from Development to Production environment
- Configuring Siebel application by using ADSI authentication and SSO authentication
- As per business request we will create custom object manager
- Increase/decrease log level for Siebel component
- Import and export of Siebel Repositories to QA environments.
- Providing support to Development and testing team
- Good knowledge on Siebel image creation and Siebel patches install
- Knowledge on patch roll back IP20 and IP22 versions
- Good knowledge on Siebel upgrade from IP20 to IP22 on Dev and QA environment
- Siebel Session timeout value configuration for 90Minutes

- Create Service request with Oracle support for support/clarification
- Responsible for 24x7 of monitoring and troubleshooting issues pertaining to Production environments, and analyses the root cause.
