Provide Learning Management system training and support to global audience.
Partner with the broader T&D team, customers and stakeholdres to meet the training needs of the organization which includes program management of these initiatives, evaluation of their impact and implementation for continuos improvements.
Set up kick of calls and chair key meetings with the customers and stakeholders to understand challenges in leveraging the team services with regard to study training activities, to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Explore automation opportunities with the internal IT for implemenatation on tasks wherever required.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to set-up and manage training curricula for project studies and ensure all curricula roles have appropriate training and resource assigned within LMS by the team.
Responsible for detailed performance review and management of assigned direct reports including: Annual Performance Management and Development (PMD) & Individual Development Plan (IDP)
Responsible for appropriate management and resolution of performance issues
Effectively communicate management strategies, policies and procedures in conjunction with leadership teams
Develop and maintain effective relationships with management team to manage assigned staff in a matrix environment
Bachelor of Corporate Secretaryship [B. A. (CS)]
Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Banking & Finance
