• Supervise drilling and completion operations of both oil or gas horizontal wells in a safe and efficient manner while following a defined drilling program
• Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation in line with international standards
• Ensures risk management processes are used in the well planning and execution. Participates as requested in HAZOPS, SIMOPS and Risk Assessments
