• Expanded payment gateway Integration pipelines from 2 to 8 PSPs, building a multi-PSP orchestration layer with issuer-aware routing, fallback sequencing, and redundancy across card, UPI, and payout rails.
• Designed and launched Instant Pay settlement engine, reducing merchant settlement time from 60 minutes to under 30 seconds, scaling instant adoption to 65% of users.
• Launched priority settlement for merchant payments, enabling conversion of T+1 settlements into instant settlements.
• Engineered multi-provider card tokenization architecture with cryptogram failover, improving saved-card payment success by 1 percentage point.
• Built automated reconciliation system, reducing processing time from 240 to 140 minutes (a ~40% reduction in manual operational overhead).
• Implemented a layered risk control framework covering rate limiting, velocity checks, IP blocking, and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance controls across card storage.
• Designed an AI-driven personalisation engine for next-best-action recommendations, using transaction cadence, frequency, recency and value to predict the payment a user is most likely to make next across Rent, Education and other categories.
• Built an AI-assisted payments analytics platform covering 400K+ transactions, enabling drill-downs across gateways, issuers and failure reasons, and surfacing routing, profitability and leakage insights.

• Owned end-to-end payments platform processing ₹500+ Cr annually across cards, UPI, and netbanking.
• Led migration from single-gateway setup to a multi-gateway orchestration stack of 8+ payment gateways (including BillDesk & PayU via Juspay layer), expanding technical Integration redundancy.
• Executed deep technical API Integration for UPI Intent and Collect flows across multiple PSPs, handling failure routing, edge cases, and fallback logic.
