I am a recovery officer. I do field work. When people's EMI bounces, do I collect it from them and bring it to the company and deposit it?

I work in Cholamandalam Company and I go and meet different customers throughout the day. I collect EMI from them and bring it to the company and deposit it.

I have done BBA and BA in graduation and M.A in post graduation. Have done.
