My name is Jyoti Jaiswal, and I live in Virar West, Maharashtra. I worked as a front desk executive for a year prior to changing careers and becoming a customer care executive. After working as a customer care executive for a period of time, I got promoted to SME within a year of starting, and on April 1, 2024, I have been promoted once to the position of Assistant Team Leader because of my consistently excellent performance.
