In my time working at various properties, I have been able to successfully help a wide variety of customers with their needs and concerns. I have developed strong relationships with many regular customers, and they always appreciate my attentiveness and professionalism. On more than one occasion, passengers have complimented me on my ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently. My coworkers are also quick to come to me when they need assistance or advice, which is something that I am very proud of.
