- Handling Service request and incidents tickets related to Windows AD, VMware
- Handling Severity 1 and 2 tickets by strictly following the ITIL Process
- Installation and Configuration of Windows Server (2008/2012&2016)

- We remove the snapshots for the servers after completing the patching in Vsphere client

- Moving VM's from one LUN to another LUN using SV Motion
